By accessing or using the Replocity intelligence platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Replocity AI. For enterprise customers, these terms are supplementary to any Master Service Agreement (MSA) signed between the respective entities.

Users are expected to utilize Replocity in a professional and lawful manner. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
Replocity reserves the right to suspend accounts found in violation of these conduct standards immediately and without prior notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Replocity AI and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Replocity.
However, users retain all rights to the Meeting Data generated through their use of the platform. Replocity is granted a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the meeting intelligence services requested by the user.
We do not use customer proprietary meeting data to train our global LLM models without explicit opt-in consent.
You own 100% of the transcripts and summaries generated. You can export or delete them at any time.
In no event shall Replocity, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Our maximum cumulative liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by you to Replocity during the twelve (12) months prior to the incident giving rise to the liability.
Your privacy is of paramount importance. Our platform utilizes end-to-end encryption for stored meeting recordings and enterprise-grade authentication protocols. For a detailed breakdown of how we handle your information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or request account deletion via the settings panel.
